American Channel: RachMartinoChaine en Francais: RachelAimeMaquillage
YouTube became a passion of mine when I first discovered the phenomenon of the YouTube beauty community as an intern at mark, a brand of Avon. I was fascinated with the empowering videos that inspired me to continue to cultivate my love for beauty and fashion. I launched my American channel, RachMartino in the summer of 2010 as an experiment (and to show my friend Amanda how to do a simple side braid!) From then, I continued my videos. In September I made my first video in French for a new channel I called "RachelAimeMaquillage," French for "Rachel Loves Makeup." I had no intention of gaining large audiences on either channel (especially since my French channel was just to practice before studying abroad!) I never imagined the places YouTube could take me and I love it today as much as I loved it back in 2010.
